1,000 electric taxis of HAYLION’s BIG 0 BEE project traverse Hong Kong’s streets day and night—they are not just transport tools but dynamic "data nodes." HAYLION is building Hong Kong’s most comprehensive dynamic urban traffic database through these round-the-clock operating EVs.
The database collects three key types of data: real-time high-precision road condition data, spatiotemporal distribution records of passenger travel demands, and charging facility usage information. These data assets will serve as valuable resources to optimize Hong Kong’s overall transportation system, laying the groundwork for HAYLION to become the city’s largest online taxi data operator.

Based on the massive data generated by the 1,000-vehicle fleet, HAYLION plans to train a "mobility large model intelligence" tailored for urban traffic. This AI system is designed to predict travel demand hotspots 15 minutes in advance, automatically generate optimal vehicle dispatch plans, and dynamically adjust charging strategies to align with grid loads.
In Hong Kong, a high-density international metropolis, HAYLION is pioneering the closed-loop validation of technology, policy, and business models through this data-driven initiative.
